Covid-19 delivery policy

Please be aware that due to a variety of COVID-related difficulties affecting the supply chain, your order could be delayed. As these circumstances are outside our control, please note that we are not able to refund shipping charges for orders that are delayed.
If your order is urgent please check availability with us before ordering.

Collection from our warehouse is no longer available – We are not able to offer a click and collect service under any circumstances. We understand that not being able to collect is disappointing, but we would politely ask that our staff are not asked to break this policy as this would put them in the awkward position of having to refuse.

Shipping times are not currently guaranteed, as they are subject to the carriers in your area. Please check that your area is not subject to a delivery lockdown prior to ordering. Generally, couriers are offering an excellent service, with the vast majority of deliveries arriving as planned.
